Customer Charter

1. To ensure the security of application systems, networks, and data is always guaranteed.

2. To ensure the official website of Hospital Selayang is continuously updated and accessible at all times.

3. To ensure user accounts are created within 3 to 5 working days after the application is received.

4. To resolve user complaints based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA) as stipulated in the Operations and Maintenance contract.

5. To provide system usage training to new staff within one month after reporting for duty.

6. To ensure requests for new ICT infrastructure requirements submitted by users are fulfilled within one week after all related prerequisites are met.
