Clinical Research Centre (CRC) Hospital Selayang is the State Clinical Research Centre (CRC) in Selangor and was established in September 2006 . It is a One Stop Centre to meet all the clinical research solutions . CRC Hospital Selayang is committed to contribute and enhance health care nationwide by promoting and supporting the importance, quality, safety and efficiency of clinical research . Its core functions are to promote research activities of both Industry Sponsored Research (ISR) and Investigator Initiated Research (IIR), facilitates feasibility studies, Investigator Initiated Research (IIR ) and conduct research related trainings.

The Clinical Research Centre (CRC) Selayang Hospital provides a wide range of services to promote and facilitate Investigator Initiated Research (IIR) and Industry Sponsored Research (ISR) in this hospital and this includes: -
1. Assisting in Protocol Development
2. Providing assistance in registration of research via NMRR
3. Providing statistical support
4. Providing workstations that are equipped with UNIFI high speed broadband and statistical software like STATA , SPSS and End Note
5. Providing assistance and guidance in manuscript writing .
6. Assisting in obtaining DG approval for presentation and publications
7. Providing clinic space for conducting clinical trial
8. Providing secured storage rooms / equipments for Investigational Products (IP) and biological specimens with 24 hour continuous temperature alarm monitoring.
9. Providing staffs and support for clinical trials
10. Providing equipments for clinical trials
11. Providing storage for trial related documents and trial related equipments.
12. Providing research related training
