Customer Charter
Out-Patient Pharmacy
We are committed to serve customers with:-
- Ensure the right medication is supplied no more than 30 minutes for a prescription is received.
- Ensuring customers that are registered with the Pharmacy's Appointment System get medical supplies follow-up on the promised date.
In-Patient Pharmacy
We are committed to serve customers with:
- Ensuring the supply of drugs to the ward / unit for the prescription / order is received within 4 hours during office hours.
Pharmaceutical Logistics
We are committed to serve customers with:
- Supplying standard item to the buyer not later than fourteen (14) working days after the order received.
- Supplying non-standard items to the buyer, the buyer after an order is received, no later than seven (7) working days after the receipt of the supplies Pharmaceutical Logistics Unit.
