Introduction

Hospital Kuala Kubu Bharu has 6 wards with a total of 150 beds. Each ward has a different number of beds. The hospital provides in-patient care that includes diagnostic, healing, recovery and patient education.

Promote and improve the health status of the people of Hulu Selangor District through patient care services that are fair and equitable, affordable, efficient, use of appropriate technology and able to change according to the environment as well as with customer-friendly.

Scope of Services

Activities include:-

  • Patient orientation.
  • Physical examination and vital signs.
  • Treatment procedures.
  • Treatment and care.
  • Diagnostic tests.
  • Patient education.
  • Inventories discharge.

Visiting Time

  • Monday to Friday : 12.30 pm to 2.00 pm and 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm
  • Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays : 12.30 pm to 7.30 pm

Customer Charter

We promises:-

  • All customers are given the orientation of the ward.
  • Customers subscribed to bed in 5 minutes in to the ward.
  • Early treatment is given within 10 minutes after being examined by the Medical Officer.
  • Our commitment is to provide continuing medical education and give the date of treatment.

Customer Obligations

  • Observe and respect the rules and hospital wards.
  • Practice advice and treatment plans after discharge.

Maternity Ward

We promise:-

  • All customers are given the orientation of the ward.
  • Customers subscribed to bed in 5 minutes in to the ward.
  • Early treatment is given within 10 minutes after being examined by the Medical Officer.
  • Emergency cases were treated immediately.
  • Our commitment is to provide continuing education and providing follow-up date.
