Selangor Health Department is a Federal Department under the Ministry of Health Malaysia. These divisions were lead by the Director of State Health and were assisted by five Deputy Directors for each division. The main department offices were located at Level 9, 10, 11 & 17, WismaSunwaymas, Lot 1, Persiaran Kayangan, 40100 Shah Alam, Selangor.

In the same building, Medical division were located at 9^th floor, Management division were located at 10^th and 17^th floor while Public Health and Dental division were located at 11^th floor. However, three sub units of Public Health division; Engineering, AIDS Disease Control and Health Promotion were places at 2^nd floor, in MRCB building.  Besides, Pharmacy divison were also located in the different building at 15^th floor of MBSA building.
